Hythe Camper Electrics is a UK-based retailer specialising in campervan and off-grid electrical systems. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Hythe Camper Electrics.

2. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to decline any order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods and send a dispatch confirmation email.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please see our full Delivery Policy for further details.

6. Consumer Rights

As a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt. These rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
