Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Express options may be available at checkout.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free standard delivery on orders over a certain value — please check the checkout for current thresholds and available delivery options.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we ship to mainland UK addresses. Please contact us if you have a specific international enquiry.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Products & Technical
What battery types do you stock?
We stock a range of leisure batteries including AGM, Gel, and Lithium (LiFePO4) options, suitable for campervans, motorhomes, and off-grid setups. Full specifications are listed on each product page.
Which solar panel is right for my campervan?
The right panel depends on your power consumption, roof space, and budget. As a general guide, most campervan setups benefit from 100W–400W of solar. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you spec the right system.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and are listed on individual product pages. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply.
Are your products suitable for DIY installation?
Many of our products are suitable for confident DIYers. We include technical specifications and, where available, wiring diagrams. For complex systems, we recommend consulting a qualified auto-electrician. We also offer installation services — please contact us for details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your card details.
