Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by contacting us via our Contact page.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will issue a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage).

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the fault.

For faults reported after 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. After 6 months, you may need to demonstrate the fault was present at the time of purchase.

Exemptions

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Custom-cut cable or bespoke wiring assemblies
  • Items with broken seals for hygiene or safety reasons

How to Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page to notify us of your return and receive a returns reference number.
  2. Package the item securely and include your order number inside.
  3. Send the item to the address provided by our team.
  4. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
